An Oil & Gas Commission in OKC is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to their team!

  • M-F; 8-5pm
  • $17/hr
  • Must have at least 2 years of solid Administrative experience!
  • Previous experience in Oil & Gas preferred!

Duties of the Administrative Assistant include but not limited to:

  • Responsible for reception functions, to include telephone coverage, mail distribution, receiving visitors, and assisting staff with mailings and FedEx packages. Screen and direct telephone calls.
  • Assist in arranging, scheduling, and following-up on appointments and off-site meetings for staff.
  • Make travel arrangements and prepare travel reimbursement claims for Executive Director and other staff as requested.
  • Responsible for special projects assigned by the Executive Director, which may include creation of presentations, project research, conducting surveys, assembly of statistics, and composition
  • Assist with meeting registration tasks for the annual business meeting and the annual conference.
  • Handle publication orders.
  • Accurately perform a variety of tasks and functions daily with multiple distractions and interruptions while remaining courteous and professional with the membership.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 /hour
