Growing Oklahoma City based company is searching for a hard working administrative assistant. Candidate will be performing various administrative duties to include support to designated team. Must be able to work independently, be highly organized, customer focused and detail oriented.

Job Duties:

  • Answer phones
  • Schedule appointments
  • Maintain office calendar
  • Preparation of reports
  • Typing correspondence in MS Word
  • Updating spreadsheets in MS Excel
  • Miscellaneous clerical duties
